Consumer Fireworks Now Legal In Pennsylvania The state of Pennsylvania has legalized the sale and use of Class C consumer fireworks including  Roman candles, aerial cakes, artillery shells, firecrackers, bottle rockets, and more.   Pennsylvanians will now get to celebrate the Fourth of July and New Year's holidays like most other states.   The bill HB0542 PN2598 passed the General Assembly and signed by Gov.
